The impressive Orion is training at advanced level and is sired by Fellini, Fellini was the fourth ranked stallion in the premium ring at the KWPN Stallion Licensing and with a score of  83.5 he had the second highest score at the KWPN Stallion Performance Testing. Fellini is a product of Ampere, one of the best sires in Europe. In 2012 and 2013, more than 20 of Ampere’s sons were approved by different studbooks – KWPN, Westphalia, Southern German Verbands and Holstein. He produced the Young Stallion Champions of the KWPN and the Westphalian Verband as well as premium stallions.
Orion’s Dam sire, Florencio, was the reserve champion of Germany at the prestigious Bundeschampionat. As a 4-year-old Florencio was declared champion of Westphalia. Ridden and was the World Champion of young dressage horses in Verden in both 2004 and 2005. Later on, he dominated the Dutch VHO-Trophy twice at Prix St. Georges level. Florencio had three big winners in one year alone: , Charmeur, who won the Pavo cup for 4 year olds, Borencio who won the Pavo cup for 5 year olds, and the National Dressage Champion foal, Gregwaard.
