Information

Ranomi is sired by Lowlands who was approved by the Oldenburger studbook in 2018. In 2019 he was reserve champion of the performance exam in Ermelo with 87.5 points and was also approved for the KWPN. Lowlands is now also approved at the Westphalian, Hanoverian and Rheinland studbooks. In 2023, Dinja van Liere won the stallion competition in 's Hertogenbosch and the combination became reserve champion at the Dutch ZZ-Zwaar Championships. Lowlands has now won his first Prix St. George test and nothing seems to be standing in his way.

Ranomi's dam Zovian competed at ZZ level and produced no less than 10 offspring including the Grand Prix horse De Matcho. She is sired by the Champion producer Negro who most notably is the proud sire of Valegro who after winning two Olympic gold medals in London 2012 also won an individual gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Valegro also became European Champion, World Cup winner, World Champion, three times World record holder, KWPN Horse of the year in 2014, and with that the most successful dressage horse in History.
